Naftali Group secured $236 million in construction financing for its 62-unit condominium project on Manhattan’s Upper East Side at 255 East 77th Street. JPMorgan and Starwood Property Trust provided the loan, with Newmark’s Dustin Stolly, Jordan Roeschlaub, Nick Scribani, and Daniel Fromm negotiating the debt.
